Your First Session

This page will walk through a complete practice session — from opening the instrument to evolving tensions to closing with structural clarity.

This guide is under construction.

Launch the TUI:

You’ll see the deck — your positioned tensions in spatial layout. Each tension shows desired (above) and actual (below), following the spatial law.

A structural dynamics session follows a natural rhythm:

  1. Survey — look at what exists. What’s changed? What signals are active?
  2. Update reality — where is reality stale? Use reality to describe what’s true now.
  3. Add — if new tensions have emerged, name them with add.
  4. Position — reorder your sequence if priorities have shifted.
  5. Resolve — close tensions where reality has met desire.

End a session when you’ve honestly assessed the field. Not when everything is done — when everything is seen.
